Simon was the co-founder and Managing Director of InfoTrust, which merged with Spirit Technologies in a deal finalized this month to complement the existing cyber business unit, Intalock Cyber Security.
The merger creates an MSSP powerhouse that spans industries and boasts expertise across the full scope of cyber security managed service solutions.
Simon co-founded InfoTrust in 2014 and brings a unique perspective of the Australian business environment and the opportunities that currently exist for cyber security providers.
He has spent the months since the merger was announced in February 2024 exploring synergies between the companies, highlighting complementary talent skill sets, and uncovering potential scope to uplift and reinforce the existing set of product solutions.
